Overlapping images when scrolling down a page is a really cool effect.

You can do this with custom CSS or any page builder that allows you to apply z-index to sections or elements.

In this tutorial I’m going to show how to do it using the new Visual Composer Website Builder (this is not the old Visual Composer and not WPBakery Page Builder).
